Our trained yoga teachers guide you through dynamic Vinyasa flows, in which movement and breathing combine to create a flowing experience. With a focus on precise alignment, different body positions are arranged in a varied sequence to create a harmonious and creative flow of movements. As we move from one asana to the next, we are truly in the ‘here and now’ and arrive at our inner island.

Yoga promotes body awareness, strengthens and stretches the muscles, strengthens the cardiovascular system, promotes mindfulness and has a stress-relieving effect. Yoga is suitable for anyone who wants to bring their body, mind and soul into harmony. Suitable for all fitness levels. The classes last 60 minutes.

Pilates

Pilates is an extremely effective training method for activating the core, the powerhouse. Individual muscles or muscle groups are specifically activated, relaxed or stretched. Pilates always focuses on controlled and concentrated movement.

Quality is more important than quantity in all exercises. Suitable for anyone who wants to strengthen and tone their core. Our classes last 45 minutes.

Our Yoga and Pilates Instructor

For Constanze, there is nothing better than sharing with others some of the happiness that yoga and Pilates bring her. She grew up with yoga and successfully completed her first Hatha yoga teacher training course at the Academy for Yoga in Berlin in 2004. She then went to California for two years to complete her second teacher training course in TriYoga with Kali Ray. She is now certified to Level 2 and can look back on over 800 hours of training and 17 years of professional experience. Constanze has attended numerous advanced training courses and workshops with renowned teachers (including Christiane Wolff, Dinah Rodriguez, Christine Lobe and Daniel Orlanski).

Through these endless experiences, she has continuously developed her own yoga and Pilates practice as well as her teaching style. Constanze Hesse-Neuhaus teaches mindfulness-based Hatha Yoga in the Flow style, significantly influenced and inspired by TriYoga. Breath and movement merge together in harmonious and flowing movements. Her yoga classes teach the basics of yoga practice: breath awareness and breath control (pranayama), learning postures (asanas) and movement sequences (flows), rest and relaxation (savasana) and inner reflection (meditation). The movement sequences can be slow and gentle or powerful and dynamic. In any case, the classes are varied and suitable for all levels!
