As a beach hotel, our focus is on the beach and the sea. For cooler days or after a refreshing dip in the Baltic Sea, we recommend our Atlantic Beauty & Spa. Simply step out of the Baltic Sea and straight into the sauna!
Our wellness area is located on the ground floor of the hotel. The centrepiece is our 20-metre swimming pool. Here you can swim laps! After a refreshing swim, a Finnish 90°C sauna, a 60°C sanarium and two steam baths (45 and 55°C) invite you to relax. In the adjoining relaxation room, you will find plenty of space and a good cup of tea.
Our wellness area is open for you between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. Would you like to visit early in the morning or late in the evening? Please feel free to contact us! Towels and drinks are of course available in the wellness area. Bathrobes can be found in your room. We wish you a relaxing stay!
Fitness & Yoga
The fitness area with cardio and strength training equipment will inspire you to start an endurance programme. Work up a sweat on the cross trainer or use the open space for functional training.
Our yoga and Pilates classes are suitable for beginners who want to try it out for the first time and, of course, for those who are already familiar with these disciplines. These classes gently move the body, harmonise the entire organism and provide guidance on how to strengthen your vitality. Through their focus on the inner self, they pave the way to inner peace. At the same time, you train your body and strengthen your mindfulness. Our course programme is included for hotel guests.

An overview of our rooms and suites
The Atlantic Grand Hotel Travemünde offers 14 room categories and suites to choose from. Some of our rooms have spectacular sea views.
