Events are an important part of our history and characterise our establishment. With a wide range of concerts, conferences and celebrations, our hotel is a lively and attractive venue. We therefore welcome your enquiry about your planned event. This applies to small board meetings (4 people or more) as well as larger conferences or celebrations.
Depending on the event and the associated wishes and requirements, the cost framework varies greatly. Below, we have compiled examples of services and costs for conferences and weddings. Every event is unique – we are happy to tailor our offer to your wishes. We look forward to your enquiry!
Full-day Flat Rate for Conferences
This conference package includes:
- A welcome coffee with coffee specialities* and a selection of teas
- A morning coffee break with:
- Coffee specialities and a selection of teas
- A refreshing and fruity snack recommended by the kitchen
- Lunch as a seasonal lunch buffet or 2-course menu recommended by the kitchen, including one non-alcoholic cold drink per person
- An afternoon coffee break with:
- Coffee specialities* and a selection of teas
- A savoury and sweet snack recommended by the kitchen
- Unlimited non-alcoholic conference drinks in the event room
- Standard technology in the conference room included: projector, screen, flipchart, pinboard, presentation case, notepads and pens, WiFi

Half-day Conference Package
This conference package includes:
- A welcome coffee with coffee specialities* and a selection of teas
- Unlimited non-alcoholic conference drinks in the event room
- Standard technology in the conference room included: projector, screen, flipchart, pinboard, presentation case, notepads and pens, Wi-Fi
- Lunch as a seasonal lunch buffet or 2-course menu as recommended by the kitchen, including one non-alcoholic cold drink per person

- A refreshing and fruity snack recommended by the kitchen

Wedding Package
This package includes:
- Provision of the premises (up to 50 people; above this number, a pro-rata room rental fee will be charged)
- Drinks package for 6 hours including wine, beer, sparkling wine and non-alcoholic drinks – you decide when the package starts!
- Dinner as a 3-course wedding menu or wedding buffet (selection according to the chef, alternatives available at an extra charge)

Premium Wedding Package
This package includes:
- Provision of premises (up to 50 people; above this number, a pro-rata room rental fee will be charged)
- Drinks package for 6 hours, including wine, beer, sparkling wine and non-alcoholic drinks
- Dinner as a 3-course wedding menu or wedding buffet (selection according to the chef, alternatives available at an extra charge)
- Coffee and tea, as well as a selection of cakes
- Sweet or savoury midnight snack
